There’s a reason Milbert’s has been so well-established for decades: their technical work and customer service is better than local competitors. After I bought my truck in 2019 I tried working with other service providers (4) and had mixed results. Sometimes the actual work was great but customer service was poor and vice versa. I called Milbert’s for the first time in 2023 and Ian impressed me right away with his willingness to provide counsel about a minor electrical issue I was having and his thoroughness in doing so. I’ve been dealing with Milberts for many years and am always pleased with their service and their professionalism. But, today, when I took my Forester over to ask them a question they went out to see what the problem was, fixed it with kindness and efficiency. Can’t say enough good things about the service.
