Paul is a man of his word. Great communication and always called or came when he said he would. Did not have to wait for service either. Did a great job for us. So glad I found Cranberry Locksmith. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
I was so impressed by Paul, and his promptness. Before I called him, I spoke to Ben at Blacklock, who spoke with me, and emailed me, and then stopped emailing me when I asked when he'd be able to help. This went on for over a week. I called Paul on Sunday (we needed an old safe opened), he called the company Monday morning when they opened, and came out and opened the safe for us Monday, early evening. Thrilled with the job he did. Highly recommend.
Paul came in and took care of us immediately. Got us all safe and secure. He went out of his way to get parts that day to make our front door safe and had really good suggestions that saved us money. THANKYOU!
