Excellent experience at Berkshire Hathaway — the agent was outstanding to work with, the front-desk lady was knowledgeable and very helpful, and the manager runs a fantastic office! Highly recommend.

If I could give Kristin Hanks and her team 0 stars I would. Do NOT give this woman a penny! She’s rude, harasses you, and has 0 personality. She acted like she was doing me a favor being my realtor, eventually I had her step away because she could not do her job! I was stuck contractually to have her be my buyers agent after I repeatedly told her I was not interested in her being my agent. I was simply looking not needing to purchase a home. I could go on but the bottom line is do not get involved with Kristin Hanks she will not represent you or your needs! There are many good agents out there she is not one of them.

Kelly is a consummate professional who is very friendly, knowledgeable, & honest. She made the entire process of listing & selling my townhome AND single family home very easy, and she confidently & successfully met my goals, very quickly, I might add!
