Well to start, I'd like to say that I rarely write reviews for anything, but everything about dealing with Bath Fitter was A#1. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. I first talked to Carrie, who set up my appointment with Mike Meili, who came to the house to give me an estimate for my tub to walk in shower
conversion. I was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge, and believe me when I say the estimate was way less than any of the 7 others I had already obtained. We had an extremely positive experience with Bath Fitter. When we had an issue with our bath tub, the company advised us that all repairs were covered under warranty and honored said warranty without charging us a penny. Very professional and prompt, very courteous, and overall we had a great experience with the company. On this experience alone, we'd give them a 10 out of 5 if we could!
Existing tub and walls removed on Day 1. New walk-in shower installed and finished on Day 2. Very confident with completed work. Salesman, Jim Taddeo was very easy to work with and very accessible via phone when it came to making everything work smoothly. No hidden costs. Everything was explained up front and worked out perfectly. Reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.
