Routine visit Dr. Niko really seems to love Animals. Everyone was very nice to both of us. And one thing I do like about this practice is if there’s someone there that’s putting their dog down daylight a candle and there’s a note. They’re asking anybody who comes in. You know to keep their voice low and respect them. That’s nice.
Just had a check up with our cat at Animal General and saw Dr. Nico. Great person and great animal doctor. Our cat is a bit finicky as most cats are but he had it all under control. The vet techs are nice too. But most importantly, they care!!
We cannot say enough good things about this veterinary practice. They quite literally saved our cat’s life, and we will be forever grateful for their knowledge, skill, and dedication. During one of the most frightening moments for our family, they treated our cat with urgency, expertise, and genuine care.
They have also walked beside us through the heartbreaking loss of cats we’ve had to say goodbye to over the years, and in those moments, their empathy and compassion meant everything.
