My tenure at American Building Product was marked by a disconcerting blend of ethical concerns, workplace challenges, and troubling organizational practices. Employee John's dishonest representation to the unemployment department, citing personal reasons for terminations, highlighted a lack of integrity within the organization. Horrible company! We had these people come in and do spray foam insulation on one of our jobsites. They did a terrible job, I had them come back to fix their work, they did some of it but refused to fix other areas. I had to buy my own spray foam and foam corners and in behind timbers that they refused to do even though it was in the proposal. I told them I will not pay for everything because I had to finish some of the work myself. Even the salesman confirmed that they did a bad job. Long story short, they took it to court to get their $2,500.00 for the work that they never finished. The salesman is a great guy but the rest of the team sucks?
