I could not recommend Nate with FPS more!! From the very beginning he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive at any and all hours. He puts in so much work and is willing to drive far and wide to get things done! We didn’t know what we wanted going in but Nate helped us narrow it down and never strayed us in the wrong direction. He was very upfront about any flaws a home could have and it’s very clear this is more than just a means to make money for him! He’s willing to stick with you for the long haul until you find the perfect home. He’s a very cool person to work with and made us very comfortable through all the confusions and concerns buying a house can bring. We can now say we are first time home owners thanks to him!!!

We met Nate by complete chance and we are so glad we did! Nate is honest, personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions quickly. Nate showed us several homes and never tried to push us into one just to make a sale. He truly cares and wants you to be happy with your investment. We can’t recommend Nate enough and appreciate all he did for us to help us find our perfect first home!
