About Highlander Laundromat
Highlander Laundromat is a reliable neighborhood laundromat, recognized for its cleanliness and affordability. It features a utility sink, a pet-friendly environment, and quick assistance from staff for any machine issues. Customers have shared positive experiences, noting excellent service when problems arise. One customer reported a machine error that was quickly resolved over the phone without additional charges. While some machines may occasionally be out of order or take longer to dry, many have had positive experiences, with one reporting only one machine failure in seven years. Recently, new management has replaced all the washers and dryers. Prices have slightly increased, with options ranging from $4 to $10 based on load size, and dryers costing $0.25 for 4 minutes. The laundromat now allows users to operate machines through the Speed Queen app, making laundry easier. However, it's important to check washer sizes as this affects pricing. Seating has decreased, and folding tables are in different locations. There are plans for a pay center and app additions, while still accommodating coin users for those who prefer it. Overall, Highlander Laundromat remains a convenient choice for locals.

I absolutely love this laundromat. One of the best around. BUT its been messy layely and there is never toilet paper in the bathroom, nor is there warm/hot water for proper hand washing. Its pretty sad when I have to ensure I am bringing my own toilet paper for using the bathroom. Also sad that I have to carry sanitizer wipes because there is no warm/hot water for hand washing. So after I use FREEZING cold water to wash my hand I still feel like my hands are dirty. Why offer a restroom is you cant supply it properly? Pretty sad. Been coming here since I was 16 with my dad. So over the last 14/15 years this place has really gone down. Smh. Its like the owner is giving...read full review
My daughter uses a Highlander laundromat. You don't have to get a bunch of quarters because their washing machines and dryers are digital so you can pay for them with your smart phone. They'll even send you a text message when the dryer or washer is done.
