John was very fast to respond and went above and beyond for me, even offering to help move material he ground up with me and haul it away at no extra charge. I would recommend him to anyone who needs stump grinding/tree services.
Quality work, super efficient!!! Left the property looking like he had used a shop vac to clean up afterwards. John, the owner, has an incredible vision for the potential of your property. Trimming our many old trees to leave them much cleaner and healthier even though they reach 50-70 feet tall.
The stump grinding that concluded our job left nothing but clean loamy soil behind (no piles of wood chips to clean) Highly recommend his service!!

Wow! Being new to the “home owner” life having quotes for an expensive job can seem like a lot. One thing I can tell you is, find someone who actually cares. My wife and I had several quotes but what stood out was the company HUNGRY BEAVER. John came by and he explained in detail things that you didn’t realized mattered. I had 5 people stop their car and say “what an amazing job”. We could not be more happy/proud of what he did. Nothing beats a local guy who knows his stuff and is an active part of the community.
