Owner was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable in her lounge..The services that Kitty/Owner provided were excellent. I received a soak off, full set with designs on all nails and toes, encapsulated designs, pedicure, bacial, and eyebrows. Kitty was wonderful and very professional. Everything was gorgeous when completed ❤️ ❤️ I would recommend her to anyone that would like to have a relaxing spa day ??
Incredible Service!!!! I called to schedule for a wax (chest) and facial scrub (both incredible by the way!!) same day services are not available due to how fast the salon books clients. So I did next day and arrived 20 mins before my scheduled time. The location of the salon was very easy to locate with turn by turn directions (pulling up it’s inside the Image Studios Building 2nd floor). The owner is kind with a great sense of humor, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. (I drive school buses and Work Security so a place with an awesome atmosphere is appreciated.) Kitty at House of Royalty Lounge is very welcoming and accommodating. You can tell she is knowledgeable in her craft as she explained the different services she provides. The personalized experience you encounter is a nice change from your typical nail salon. I made an appointment for a gel mani/Pedi and I'm amazed at how soft my feet still are. I was struggling with really dry, cracked heels. I tried everything to fix them at other salons and nothing worked. After Kitty worked her magic, my cracked heels are gone and my feet are super smooth and moisturized! I'm so thankful and look forward to booking with her again.
