Owner Rob Bloch is reluctant to honer a warranty on my expensive front door they installed in late April 2024. Two weeks ago in June the lock stopped working and I see light at the top of the door and it has started to bind on closure. Update: Rob was late answering my requests due to an emergency medical procedure. This morning his warranty installer called and scheduled a visit later this week to fix the door's problems. Rob, hope you will be feeling better soon. Stop by for a gin and tonic.
I couldn't be more happy with my new windows and front entry door ! Energy windows made it so easy from start to finish I've worked with them on 4 separate occasions and every time it's a fabulous experience! The girls in the office are so nice and the installers are excellent they took the time to explain everything to me and the clean up was perfect! It's really hard to find a company that is family owned and cares about there customers like they are family . They stand behind there products and are always available to take any of my phone calls if I had a question at any point in the process . honestly I'm so happy with my experience I had to share it on here ! if your thinking about purchasing windows or doors these guys are the best in the game !
