I have been coming to this location for a while now. I am always greeted in a friendly manner. I always try to make an appointment, but sometimes when I need my nails done at the last minute I walk-in and the staff is always willing to accommodate me if they can. I always make sure to communicate exactly what I want (shape, color, length, etc.) and provide a picture. I make sure to speak up if I see something that I need altered and whoever is servicing me always makes to proper adjustments. My nails come out perfect to my liking every time! Also, very reasonably priced.

This has been my go for a while now. There are a few employees that are the best! I never have issues when I make an appointment and request them! Recently I went in without an appointment as I had a last minute engagement. The owner/manager did my nails and it was a rushed, and poor service. My manicure looked terrible-uneven polish, missing the side of each nail, mis shaped, cuticles were not cut evenly and some fingers not at all. They also chipped within a few days. I tried not to fuss as I didn’t make an appointment but the other thought is- she is the owner, there should have been more pride taken in this service. I will see how a future visit goes.
