“I have used this company for the past 4 years. I've gotten regular lawn service and my lawn has always looked pristine. I have also used them to help with eliminating yellow jackets and they have done a great job with that as well. This year I stopped my treatments in July due to droughts. However, in October I noticed a grub issue emerged. I called them for treatment and was told that they would arrive on a Monday. However, to my surprise, a tech showed up that Saturday to do the treatment. And looking at the weather I realize that it was supposed to rain on Monday and because the treatment needs water to work they showed up 2 days earlier to get the treatment down. So very impressed with this company and will continue to use them in the future.“

“Mike Long, the owner of Jim Long Landshapers was awesome to work with, as were all of his employees. Despite the challenges of dealing with zoning and stormwater management in the City of Lancaster, Mike stayed positive and got the job done. I was impressed that as the boss and owner of the company, he was a part of all of the construction process. With only a three foot walkway to get to our backyard, he and his employees brought in many tons of stone, brick, block, and topsoil by wheelbarrow to make our backyard dream come true. “I had Chris Huber work for me on two different projects. The first was for a retaining wall, concrete sidewalk, and deck at my parents house. He also dug up the old driveway and graded it for the new pavement. The second project was to remove a concrete patio in my back yard and tear out a sidewalk/curb in front of my house. He helped me form up and pour the new sidewalk. Chris is a journeyman carpenter and provides good insight to home building projects as well as excavating. He was easy to get along with and my family is happy with how both projects turned out. I look forward to using him again.“

There is a swale behind my condo that is not being taken care of according to Manheim township regulations

There are 100 plus condos in the HOA and none are in this shape. When I moved in here it did not look like this, otherwise I would not have purchased the unit.

The mowers will mow over this area even though there is no grass or when it is extremely wet. I have many photos and videos. It is quite evident that the mowers just don’t care. I took a video and the mower and the manager knocked on my door. Certainly didn’t accomplish anything. With all the rain it is getting worse. I can’t even walk out in that area safely within slipping in the mud.“
