He explained what he saw that should be fixed and why. On the day of repair, he and another staffer came out and completed the work fairly quickly. Steve provided pics of the repair and reviewed them. Working with Steve has been a pleasure! He is very communicative and efficient. He helped us out with an emergency leak and provided a fast, high-quality service. He gave us insight to the state of our roof, made repairs, and showed interest in helping us in the future when we are ready to replace it. Ken, owner of the company is a very nice gentleman whom I had the pleasure to meet. Their clean up during and after was amazing. The workers were friendly and very polite at all times. They had it done in a day including clean up of everything as they went along. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.
