I went in today for oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 Malibu. I bought the car last February at Bergey’s. The way that the service manager Keith treated me was outstanding. The team at Bergey’s is wonderful. Used car or new , this is the best place to shop.
I had recently purchased a used Malibu from this location. Had a small problem with a loose daytime running light cover that was loose. I made a appointment with Collin a service advisor. I brought the car in on the appointment day. Gus another service advisor took the car right away. He offered me a shuttle ride home. Gus called me as soon as the car was ready which was a few hours later. There was no charge to me for their service.
