About Paragon Stairs

Paragon Stairs offers good quality stairs with easy assembly, typically requiring at least three people. The buying process is straightforward, and shipping generally goes as promised, though it can be challenging at times. Attention to detail and excellent customer service are notable strengths, with follow-up and support provided to ensure satisfaction. Customers have praised the patience and thoroughness of sales contacts like Claudia and Vincent, who help with questions and budget needs. Some customers have found that the hardest part of assembly is straightening and attaching the handrails to the spindles, particularly when dealing with square-headed screws. While most experiences are positive, some customers may still encounter issues with product quality, such as rusted components, which could lead to additional costs to resolve. Overall, the staircase looks fantastic and is highly anticipated once installed.

I cannot say enough about Paragon Stairs. In particular Scott was amazing to work with. While it was a small project, he worked through several changes to the plans to come up with a solution for our basement entrance. The quality is outstanding and the installation instructions were clear. Depending on the size of the stairs they are fairly easy to install DIY. Thank you again!

Harrison helped me with custom ordering a spiral staircase for a customers backyard and it turned out amazing. He was super helpful and the end product is one of the customers favourite parts of his backyard

Harrison Mask and Mike Taylor were great to work with at Paragon Stairs. While the particular geometry of our 3 platform site (balcony/ground level/basement) couldn't accommodate a spiral, they put a lot of effort into it and had great video tools to go through different designs. We hope to work with them in the future. Ken
