Paragon Stairs offers good quality stairs with easy assembly, typically requiring at least three people. The buying process is straightforward, and shipping generally goes as promised, though it can be challenging at times. Attention to detail and excellent customer service are notable strengths, with follow-up and support provided to ensure satisfaction. Customers have praised the patience and thoroughness of sales contacts like Claudia and Vincent, who help with questions and budget needs. Some customers have found that the hardest part of assembly is straightening and attaching the handrails to the spindles, particularly when dealing with square-headed screws. While most experiences are positive, some customers may still encounter issues with product quality, such as rusted components, which could lead to additional costs to resolve. Overall, the staircase looks fantastic and is highly anticipated once installed.
This company has a large amount of different spiral stairs to choose from. They worked with me on style and design and colors to choose from. They were very patient with me and never pushed me into buying something I didn’t want. Although I haven’t put the stair up yet, our project won’t start till 3rd week of September. I’m sure they will look perfect with the deck that we will build! Thanks Craig King for all your help and support, Really appreciate it!
Brain Albany Is the representative I worked with and it was a pleasure working with him. Brian answered all of my questions and helped with recommendations. I will follow this review up, once it is installed, for the other aspect of these stairs.
When I was looking for spiral stairs to install for going up and down our outside decks, I called Paragon and spoke with Brian. The guy was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy to make a sale. I ordered the stairs and contacted him a couple times during the installation process for some advice and he took his time to make sure I was doing everything right for the best results. The instructions for installation were good, but I think I got the most information and help from YouTube videos and Brian. I was able to put the stairs together by myself except for installing the center post and upper platform where I had two of my sons help. I would… read full review
