We hired Lotus Restore + Remodel for a full house renovation and were never disappointed! Tim, Christa, and their team went above and beyond to make our old home new again. We had an idea of what we wanted done in each room, but their expertise in old-home construction and design brought our vision to another level. At the end of every day, Tim would give us an update on the day, what was next, and when to pack up each room. Chistas’ impeccable eye for design helped us realize our vision with colors, flooring, hardware, and other decisions that got us to this 5-star review. The fact that they only do one project at a time shows their dedication to what they do. Tim did not let the “surprise findings behind the walls” discourage him or set him back, he always had ideas and a solution. Previous contractors had told us that what we wanted was not possible. Not true! We got more than what we wanted, and we didn’t get hit with any surprise charges at the end of the job. We would hire them again and again!
