I cannot say enough good things about this company. I'll start with our first encounter with them. We lost the combination to a small fire safe so we called around to multiple locksmiths. Quotes of $500 and $600 were not uncommon and then we got on the phone with Father & Son Locksmith. Chris was so kind, told me that he could come to our house and break into the safe for $400 or $500, but said if my hubby was handy, he could explain to him over the phone how to break open the safe, since it was an inexpensive one, one we could easily replace with the money we would save on a locksmith. We were blown away. And that's what he did. He explained to us over the phone how to break open the safe, and wished us luck. If we needed him, just to give him a call. Well..we did it, we successfully broke into our safe and we remembered Father & Son Locksmith the next time we needed them. My hubby lost the keys to his car yesterday. He called around to several places and got quotes from the big website guys for $200-$300 for 1 key. Then he remembered the incident with our safe and called Father & Son Locksmith. Chris's price was significantly less than the other companies and it was for 2 keys, AND he came out within the hour. In addition, he told my hubby if he ended up finding the original keys, to give him a call and he would reprogram the key for free. If you are in need of a locksmith, Father & Son Locksmith should be your only call. Their prices are reasonable and competitive but more importantly, you are getting an honest, caring human being. And you can't put a price tag on that.
