Had Bair excavation come out to clear over grown bushes/plants, run drainage for sump pumps/downspouts and spread top soil and reseed for grass after everything. To say the least it turned out great. Couldn’t be happier with the way the project turned out. Tim worked with me very well and kept great contact along the way. He pushed himself on one of the hottest summer days to get the job done. Unfortunately I didn’t get any before pictures but it’s a night and day difference. Highly recommend Bair excavation for any of your small to large projects. He will get the job done and leave you feeling happy when he’s done. 10/10 as far as I’m concerned. Edit: here are some before pictures of the project prior to Bair excavation!
We had some major drainage issues after installing a pavilion building and swimming pool in our backyard. Tim assessed the situation and was able to correct our problem by removing excess dirt, properly sloping the ground and adding a rock drainage field. The area that needed the work was a very steep hill with very little work space. Tim was able to maneuver the equipment in there to do the work without damaging the area around it. Tim completed the work in a timely manor and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend Bair Excavation to anyone needing any type of work done.
Tim was very professional. Came and talked with me to figure out exactly what was needed. Completed the job in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier ☺
