My sofa looks so much better! It is over 20 years old and I can't expect it to look new, but it's a huge improvement over what it was. The parts that don't look perfect are because it is worn and obviously nothing could be done about that. Mark took the time to explain to me about micro fiber construction and why some areas seem so thin. When I had it cleaned last year by another company, the technician didn't explain that those areas were worn and I thought he just didn't do a good job.
