Cope Construction installed a new patio/sliding glass door in my house the last week of July 2025. They took great care to make sure that the door was installed correctly and they made sure that it was waterproof and air tight. The door is beautiful. I highly recommend.
We contacted COPE Construction regarding a leak in our sunroom from our roof that has been off and on for years. Noone seemed to ever know the reason and would just suggest a new roof and/or sky light. Drew took the time to figure out where the leak was coming from so we could get the proper repair finally. Great service, Drew was very detailed and thorough and I would highly recommend his services!
I can’t say enough about Cope Construction Renovation and how happy I am. Drew, his wife and his staff were great to deal with. I had wind damage to my roof on my house, along with a porch roof that’s seen its better days. Drew fixed all the bad spots on my roof and put all new capping on the entire length of my house. He also put a brand new roof on my porch. It looks fantastic, I’m so happy with all the work he’s done. He explained everything that needed to be done, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, no nonsense what so ever.
