Building was constructed in record time. Mr Lapps estimate was the exact price. His communication and professional crew made an outstanding structure that will last for years to come. It will greatly, add resale to my home. My building was 30x46 with 12 ft doors and a 10ft door in the rear. Concrete was also done; Ben Lapp took care of that too. I had 2 pole buildings built by Cochranville pole buildings.I had the first one built and I liked it enough had them build a second one.I felt they did a good job with scheduling,quick build, cleanup etc.My only gripe would be ask alot of questions,especially if its your first one.And spend the extra money to have it insulated right away.
