Had a piece of shingle come off after the last storm. Called Millennium and Ian came out the next morning and saw the damage. The following day he came out repaired the damage and walk around the roof and caulked around the chimney. It was great to deal with a honest contractor. I would recommend Ian to anybody.
Ian was super great to work with. He was out to my place and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of contacting him. He also was really quick about patching up my roof before heavy rain came in. I will gladly hire him again for any work!
Much to my horror, I found myself with a roof leak in a new to me home on a weekend, late at night. I emailed their hotline and got a response right away. They worked with my work schedule to make sure I was home when we could discuss the problems with my roof and gutters.
