I feel awful for not writing a review upon completion of our kitchen, family room and bath remodel during the summer of 2019. I would work with Dave and his team in a heartbeat! He was prompt, courteous, respectful of our home and was honest with the project time frame. He worked within our budget, listened to what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. I have never worked with a contractor who was as honest, transparent and detail oriented as Dave. Three years later and everything he did is still in perfect condition. We finished a living room addition with Frankland builders and could not be happier. From start to finish David was responsive, thorough and understanding. Of all the companies we received quotes from, David provided the most detail and transparency in regards to materials, price and timeline. Yes, it probably did take longer to receive the quote than pre-covid times but considering the demand at the time and detail he included, it was reasonable. David, James and the Frankland builders crew were professional, respectful and despite the noise, we actually enjoyed having them around for a couple months!
