I was frantic when I stupidly clicked on something and instantly malware appeared on my laptop. It took over my whole screen so I couldn't access anything! I shut it down but was so worried that my personal info was in jeopardy. I called Byte Me and Steve got back to me quickly. He was able to calmly walk me through fixing the problem and reassured me that all was OK since I did not actually call the # attached to the malware. I can't thank him enough. I truly would have lost sleep over this. Steve is the MAN!!!!

I recently needed a new laptop and found Byte Me Computers and Jason through a search. He actually had computers in his office and I chose a HP At a good price. This was on a Monday and he had it back to me on Thursday with everything transferred. He will be my go-to guy for computer help. He is very personable and easy to work with, has good hours, local and follows up to be sure all is well. C Hamlin
