Great company. The woman who is at reception was very nice and sent someone out quickly. Had some issues where aqua fell short. Josh the tech showed up and fixed the issues, he was great, zero complaints!
Every year we dread the yearly cleaning and maintenance of my mom’s oil furnace because of all the soot cleanup required in the basement after the technician departs. This year we had Kevin Powell, an experienced and knowledgeable technician from Bloom Heating LLC, work on the unit.
