So far so good! I called them and ask them to come look at the roof of a commercial building expecting them to say it needed replaced (as one other company did.) To my surprise they told me it wasn't too bad and they could do the needed repairs at a very reasonable cost. They couldn't have been more pleasant to work with, too - they came when they said they were coming, called when the weather prevented them from working, and didn't impede the flow of the center while they were there.
