Darrell was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond with my delivery. My driveway is a mess of ice and snow and is a steep slope. He couldn't get up my driveway with the truck so he drug my 290 pound snowblower up my icy, snowy driveway by himself. With a smile the whole time, no less. Thoroughly impressed with him and his positivity in the less than ideal delivery conditions. Hopefully with this new snowblower, the next delivery will be a bit easier. I hope this reaches him and his supervisors because this level of courteousy is uncommon. Thanks Darrell!
I don't normally do reviews, but Darrell is so awesome I had to. Ordered a treadmill and the delivery got pushed back a week. Ended up being delivered early, in a snowstorm, carted up a 50 yard driveway in 5 inches of snow, and right to the door. Even with my truck parked so close to the house you could barely fit through. Darrell, I'm sorry, if I would have known you were coming I would have cleared the way for you. Best delivery service I've ever had!
Darrell was exceptional. Battled cold and icy conditions unloading a 200lb generator in the dark. Put it where i needed it to be. He was very pleasant. Your company is lucky to have him!
