I had redone a bathroom, and I was left with a leaking tub/shower and cracked tiles from the contractor who refused to repair it. I got a reference to Lou and VIP Tile and Grout. Lou returned my call the same day, and was at my house to look at the problem two days later to give me a quote. The quote was fair, and his workers came the following week exactly as scheduled. VIP Grout and Tile did a fantastic job re-doing the grout in both of our bathrooms, and re-caulking the shower. Len is great to work with - super responsive and friendly. Our service was scheduled quickly, they arrived on time and completed the job in a few hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the result - the floors are like new again!

The greatest! We had to live for years with a disgusting tile floor from the previous owners, with wax buildup and not even grout between the tiles in the foyer, because it was a mud job, and no one would help us except to suggest jack hammering it out when it was our entire hallway and bathroom floor. When I finally found VIP Grout and Tile Concepts, they did a fantastic job restoring it! I can't thank them enough!!! I feel like I'm in a new house!!!!!!
