I contacted a few business's regarding my septic issue and BJOE was the quickest to respond. Tim came out the day I made my call and 2 days later excavation started (on a holiday weekend!) Brian is a wonderful business owner that is skilled in what he does, explained everything to me and even goes the extra mile for his customers. I had a problem with getting my riding mower started and him and Tim inspected it and let me know it was the battery (and even removed it for me.) Another time while they were on the job, I was going to pick up a couple truck loads of mulch and Brian offered his son to run and pick it up for me in their truck.
