“Took neighbor there with her beloved cat. He had to be put down the staff let my friend stay with him as long as she needed. The nurse shaved lot of fur off of him and placed in a clear like Christmas ball and gave to her. Two weeks later I went back without my friends knowledge and brought his ashes home. I knew she couldn't do that last task for him. I handed her a small shopping bag and she hugged me. That small gesture on my part made her very happy . Now Rocco was home for Christmas with his Mom.“

“This past August we had to say goodbye to our cat Styx, which was extremely difficult for me. Dr. Jan and the staff were so kind and caring throughout the whole thing. Dr. Jan was even crying with me. They stamped his paw print in a card for me, and gave me a section of his fur and a whisker that I wanted. They also sent a sympathy card in the mail with a little note and a bunch of the staff’s signatures. I appreciate them so so much. We take our other pets here as well and I would tell anyone looking for a vet or to switch vets to come here.“
