Knowledgeable and professional . From the very beginning of the process, Marcy was knowledgeable regarding the area, the process, and how to price our home and the best way to market it. When an offer was received before it was even officially listed, she advised in a manner that allowed us to make an informed choice but never once did we feel rushed or pushed. Leading up to closing, she gently reminded us of what we needed to do and the timeline. She kept us informed all along the way. The day of the closing, she went above and beyond after the other agent and buyers made unreasonable requests. I unreservedly recommend Marcy.

We could not have asked for a more attentive real estate agent. . Ann is very knowledgeable of the real estate market. She was able to answer any questions we had. She even answered questions while on vacation. When we are ready to sell one other property we have, we will be calling on Ann again.
