We were first time buyers and he was patient throughout the whole process. David made sure we found a beautiful well built home and genuinely cared about finding us the one! I would highly recommend Karen Rozanski and Classic Properties. I have been a Licensed Commercial Broker for 35 years. When it came time to sell my home in Clarks Summit I wanted to choose the most active company in the marketplace. Karen was recommended by a friend, I checked her references and set an appointment, she was on time and prepared to answer all questions, I requested she send comparable sales to gauge the market.
