I am impressed with the speed that Luton’s deals with problems. They installed a new heat pump for us last year. We were having problems with the heat pump in this very cold weather. I called this morning and they had a technician to my house by 2:00. John did a great job, fixed the issue and explained what he did. Very impressive - I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

1/24/2026- My landlord called Luton's to come to my home because, yep, I have no water. The gentleman by the name of Devin or Devon not sure of spelling, but he called me when he was like 10 mins away to discuss my issue. Once here, he was so polite! He spoke to my son and I in terms that we would understand. He contacted my landlord to let him know what was wrong as well. He made sure I was okay and said he will put my order in and on the schedule. He said he was reaching out to Dan today to get things moving.
It is a Saturday. It is cold. But Devin or Devon made sure I was taken care. I appreciate your respect and the fast service.

Furnace and AC quit, no one in Franklin would return my call. Called Lutons Plumbing in Clarion, Randy was at my house in less than 3 hours, fixed the problem in about 1 hour and he gladly gave me a furnace and AC tutorial and while working. Plus, they have 24 hour service.
