My service man John was very knowledgeable and friendly. My service call was at 8 o’clock and he actually got here a little bit early. The bill was less than I thought and I made it to work on time. Good job guys

I come to you from the sweltering heat of my home. After 3 other companies had us pay for freon John was able to diagnose our problem without the need to upsell us on anything. This knowledgeable tech put us in the right frame of mind for a replacement. He explained everything pros and cons and allowed us to make our decision. We won't go anywhere else for our plumbing and ac/r needs

What a relief it was to deal with Luton's. Profesional and courtious even when delivering bad news. Our tech helped lay out the plan for moving forward in a way that made us feel better. John Wilson was definately the best example of an ac/r tech that we have found. I look forward to our new AC and working with Lutons for years to come.
