First time I was ever here, but my father is a returning customer! The owner is so nice and talkative! Very very pleasant experience!!! I'll look forward to taking my dad all the time now! Recommend most definitely!

Reminds me of older style barber shop. My (85yr) Dad loves to visit with Hoov & friends! He understands the style my Dad prefers, Pop's always more than satisfied. Be sure to call ahead, he gets pretty busy!

I've been going to hoovs since I was 11 years old. He is the best barber in pittsburgh if you ask me.. great with kids too. Prices are good and it's a friendly shop to bs in while you're waiting and getting your haircut
