Bryan was incredibly helpful. He was well-mannered and was willing to help me get my printer issue fixed. The issue was fixed by uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers. Excellent job!

This was a tough one. Victor worked and worked and could get my device fixed. I do IT for a living so I knew to backup everything but Victor made sure. He was VERY polite and helpful and LISTENED!!!!We reset the entire system back to original Win 11. I restored my files and he reset both of my printers and updated drivers.Did I say he was POLITE!!! Yes, he really was. I am happy with my device and doubly happy with Victor as my tech.THANKS Support Nerds and Victor specifically!
