From the moment I walked in, the space felt so inviting, peaceful, and beautifully kept. It immediately set the tone for relaxation. Cara was absolutely amazing—she has such a warm, calming presence that made me feel safe and understood. We talked, I cried, and for the first time in a while, I felt a deep sense of peace. My hormones have been all over the place, especially with high cortisol levels over the past few years. I know emotions play a huge role in that, and holding onto anger, hurt, and lack of closure has been weighing on me. Cara truly listened and held space for all of it. Then came the treatment, which was an absolute dream. I even drifted off to sleep at one point! She incorporated multiple techniques—gentle touch, infrared light, heating pads, a warm table, and of course, acupuncture itself. The needles didn’t hurt much, but there was one point on my back, near my heart, where I felt it the most—which didn’t surprise either of us. It was a reminder of just how much the body holds onto. By the end of the session, my pulse felt noticeably calmer, and she reassured me that, overall, my body is in a good place. I left feeling lighter, more regulated, and truly seen. I cannot wait for more sessions with her and to continue this healing journey. Highly, highly recommend!
