My washing machine stopped working and I needed a new one There was a 3 week wait and I had laundry piling up. I contacted Model and their process to sign up was easy and efficient. They picked up my dirty laundry on Thursday and returned it Monday, clean and folded. I am so pleased to use them and will continue to do so.
