In May of 2024 we had Spring Rise clean our Koi pond filled with over $4000 worth of Koi that we have had for over twenty years. This was only our second time working with Spring Rise as our previous pond caregiver recently retired. They left our fish out overnight in a container that was not suitable for them, and they suffocated to death due to the lack of circulation in the water. In the morning we found the fish floating. Lousy followup. Lousy quality of topsoil. Incomplete removal of old pavers before laying down topsoil that is essentially gravel and clay. Failure to take responsibility for the work.
