Have had Michael stop in and look at my computers, work on my computers and also explain to me how my new phone system works . He is easy to get along with, doesn't talk down to you even though he is extremely smart. Their prices are reasonable and they work quite fast. He actually fixed a problem with my computers that I had been having for sometime and paid a national company $360 to fix , but they couldn't find the problem. needless to say I am more than happy
