He was able to deliver a loaner scooter and pick up a broken one for repair within hours of a call. Mark's dedication to his customers is evident, and his exceptional service has led to recommendations to others. I just rented a scooter for my husband this weekend. He was on time dropping off and picking up. We never had an issue with the scooter the whole time we was using it. I will be renting from them again. I really wish I could give him 10 stars!
If I could give this place, a 5+ plus I would. Mark was very courteous, faithful and helpful, explaining exactly how the scooter operated even observed how I operated it, going up and down the sidewalk which really made me feel secure. That service was fantastic. Our trip did not leave until Monday morning memorial day, but Mark delivered the scooter Sunday afternoon after he left church and I left church. Then he returned to pick it up but no difficulties at all. No worries no headaches. I have recommended this business to my friend who went on the trip and she obtained a scooter and I understand she had two more persons contact Mark to rent a scooter Our trip was to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and the vineyards and shopping in the different areas. The scooter was very maneuverable, going in and out the shopping stores and up and down the sidewalks. Again, I cannot say enough how helpful and God to be blessed I was with Mark helping us out, and I certainly will not hesitate to rent a scooter from him again, and again and again
