They were able to get me in for an emergency vet appointment the same day. Everyone has been so nice to me, and to my cat. They seem to be very knowledgeable, and the staff just seems all around great. Regardless of the outcome of this appointment I will definitely be asking if I can bring my pets here from now on.(Update) So things did not turn out well, but I will say this again the staff is just wonderful. I have had some bad experiences with vets pushing things that aren't in my pets best interest. I so appreciate that they did not do that here. I have to give these guys 5 stars. My 11 year old cat, Owen, got sick the day before I left for vacation. He was worse the next day and my vet was unavailable. They got me in right after lunch. He passed away maybe 3 minutes before I got in the door but they still put me in a room and the vet came in and checked him to make sure he was gone and talked to me a couple minutes. I don’t know why, what happened but they didn’t charge me for what they did and in this day and age that surprised me. Thank you guys so much for that, it meant a lot to me!

We started taking our doggie here because it was pretty conveniently located but we are also very pleased with LWAH's service. They have a very friendly staff. We really appreciate the care they take with our dog especially since she is a bit needy when it comes to her behavior.
