“They have been amazing from the very beginning and truly care about the families they serve. Even before meeting with them, I appreciated how transparent their website was about costs and what to expect throughout the process.

Kris was incredible from start to finish. She never once tried to upsell us; she simply listened, cared, and made sure we understood all of our options. When my cousin passed, her staff was there for us immediately. They took their time, made sure we were ready, and carefully explained everything. What surprised me even more was that within five minutes, Kris herself was already calling to check in and help.

When we met with her afterward, she never made us feel rushed. She took the time to explain everything again, answer our questions, and make an incredibly difficult situation feel a little more manageable. Her compassion and genuine care have been evident throughout the entire process.

On a lighter note, I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about going because I remembered the traditional heavy wallpaper and “funeral home feel” from years ago. They have completely transformed the space! It is now bright, airy, welcoming, and comfortable—which makes such a difference when you're walking through an already difficult time.
