If the choice is between Keystone Health or death, get your affairs in order. I got a few tests done and have been trying to get ahold of them to discuss results. I have called 12 times over the past 2 weeks. No one has ever answered the phone. Go literally anywhere else. You would get better medical care in the back of a van in Tijuana.

Listening to patients would be a remarkable step up. I was at this place so many times between 2010 and 2016 or so for a skin condition, oh don't you worry, I was tested for herpes and I don't have that on my hands. I was diagnosed with eczema after one single test. I was recently, finally, diagnosed for the joint pain I've complained to every doc about since I was like 6, including these Dr's. if you can, make it to a wellspan, go the extra distance for a better care team. any Dr I've encountered from there, including specialists, actually listen and do the steps to do a proper diagnosis and treatment. my rheumatologist is certain I have psoriasis... read full review

I am highly displeased with the management of Keystone Health. I received a bill in June 2021 from my daughter’s birth in November 2020. I was given the excuse of the transition of the new Epic system, but new management needs to be put in place if they cannot handle such a transition. Not only was the bill delivered in a very late fashion, the amount was incorrect due to an item being listed out of network. Both the insurance company and Keystone Health blamed each other, but it was finally resolved…at least I thought.
