I have been with this company for 6 plus years. I have wonderful relationships with clients they pair me with. Lately my hours have drastically been cut, However they try to give me hours by filling in when a Caregiver calls out of their shift. I am Anxiously awaiting for full time hours once again. The Staff is/are wonderful and very friendly people, and I have referred them to others.
Shital Rane is BRILLIANT at matching caregivers for her clients!!! Everyone that she has sent to my parents have been loving, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. Shital and her office staff are also super adept at quickly responding to changing circumstances and needs, shuffling caregivers as required. Shital, or someone else working with her, has accompanied each new caregiver to my parent's house to personally introduce them to my parents and help them get settled in. This is not just business for Shital or the caregivers! They are truly compassionate people who clearly enjoy their clients and want to make these tough times easier.
