Shital Rane is BRILLIANT at matching caregivers for her clients!!! Everyone that she has sent to my parents have been loving, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. Shital and her office staff are also super adept at quickly responding to changing circumstances and needs, shuffling caregivers as required. Shital, or someone else working with her, has accompanied each new caregiver to my parent's house to personally introduce them to my parents and help them get settled in. This is not just business for Shital or the caregivers! They are truly compassionate people who clearly enjoy their clients and want to make these tough times easier. They are also excellent communicators, proactively keeping my sister and me aware of any changes or concerns. The caregivers have provided much appreciated help and companionship to my parents this past year -- for my father during his last few months battling cancer and for my mother, both then and now. We currently have 3 shifts of round-the-clock support assisting my mother with household tasks, food preparation, shopping, errands, doctor's appointments, a shoulder to cry on, and lots of laughs as she negotiates this first year without my father. It has been a great comfort to my sister and me while we balance our time with Mom and our own children/households. We feel so blessed to have found this group.
