The first was roof repair for a couple areas on a 8-year-old roof installed by another contractor. Lenny was up on the roof with me looking for the trouble spots and explaining what needed to be done, with a good and accurate quote. His experienced crew came out, did the work, fixed the leaks, and followed up. The second job was repairing soffit and fascia, built (poorly) by another contractor, that had finally blown down in a storm.
