We recently purchased a large property with many trees, and several people recommended Bartlett Tree Experts for tree care. Since we noticed some fungus on a few trees and are not very knowledgeable about tree health, we contacted Bartlett to come assess the situation. Their team visited our property and walked through each tree with us, one by one. They provided a detailed quote outlining the recommended services, timeline, and reasons behind each suggestion. The quote was clear, professional, and extremely helpful.
So far, they have treated three diseased trees with a spray and pruned two others. One of the pruned trees is a tall beech tree in front of our house that we wanted trimmed to prevent it from touching the roof. They returned yesterday with their truck and did a great job pruning it. The team is very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We’re very pleased with the service so far and plan to continue working with them in the future
After several attempts to find the right contractor, we found SCD&C. We knew right away that this was the one for us. From job estimation, to design consult with Erin (who is fabulous), then demolition, and finally the build of our dream bath, everyone was great to work with. Shout outs to Jeff A and Jeff B, Austin, Wes, and Doug for being so hard working with attention to detail. We were kept informed of schedules, materials, inspections, and just everything one could want to know. One cool option we never considered but were glad to use was having the crews work four 10 hour days, giving us Friday off to make a long weekend of quiet around the house. The project came in on time and on budget. And it's beautiful!
I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a quiet place outside to unwind, whether in the sculpture garden. gazebo, or labrynth. It also has plenty of activites in the garden for children as well.
I had a small leak in the sewer vent pipe at the elbow where the the pipe curves before heading upwards towards the roof. I wanted a local plumber and went with Bresslers due to the good reviews and I AM SO GLAD I DID.
Bradley stopped by to check out the situation and informed me it wasn't just a simple swap out due to all of the other plumbing in the way. I was worried he would have to rip everything out and start from scratch. A lot of the main plumbing lines needed to be removed in order to get to the leak in the vent pipe. It was also right by the brick chimney in the house. He came back later the following week to make the repairs.
He arrived on time when he said he would and made the repairs in record time at a very reasonable price. For all the work that was needed, I couldn't believe how quickly he got it done. Extremely professional, kind, and even washed the dishes I had in the sink before he left! This all happened right before Christmas and my two young kids were worried Santa wouldn't be able to get down the chimney and were so happy that Bradley saved Christmas. You have my business for life.

We are so glad we chose Loesch Construction to build our house. During the entire process we were living full time in another state, so finding a company we could trust was so crucial to us. Jules was so great to work with, he kept us at ease and informed at all times, communication was great, he sent frequent pictures of progress and always answered any questions or concerns we had. This helped relieve a lot of stress from not being able to be there physically at all times. We love our house and big thank you to the entire team for the hard work they put into it. This Woman is up in years , But you want to know something ? She could Retire anytime she wants too , But CHOOSES TO REMAIN OPEN ,WHY? Well my Guess is because , SHE LOVES ANIMALS & HAS A HUGE HEART FOR Animals & their Owners ....
And yes. SHE DOES NOT do probably half the stuff she USE TOO , But once again , she is getting older , Please Stop with the Angry & Bitterness towards this Vet , so if She CHOOSE to Limit herself with what she does with Animals , So be it !!
And where else could you take your Animal or Animals too that is as Reasonable priced. AS She is ? Certainly NOT IN MIFFLIN COUNTY !! Seems the few vets we do have are out for the Financial part of it , And not for the Animals anymore !

Our experience with MRB was fantastic. They are busy. We had to wait quite a while for our project to begin but it was definitely worth it. Brooke Black runs an honest company and sets clear expectations from start to finish. He employs good, hardworking people. He is well connected and provided great local resources for us to find everything we needed for our project right in Centre County. Scott, our project manager is smart, kind, responsive, and thoughtful with just the right amount of humor. He was a problem solver and respected leader throughout our master bath project. Were there surprises during the project? You bet but the level of communication and decision making to limit inconvenience to us in our home was evident and appreciated. The project came together even better than we envisioned. I wholeheartedly recommend MRB!

We purchased our first HOT tub from Clearwater in September 2025. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Scott was very patient answering ALL our questions. Delivery was prompt and the installation was efficient. Scott explained how to operate and maintain the hot tub in simple terms. Based upon the experience we would wholeheartedly recommend Clearwater!
We received amazing service from Sampsells Plumbing. We could not find the source of water leaking through our ceiling - they showed up same day, it took them about 30 seconds to find the source and begin repairs. Friendly, efficient and affordable - we also received helpful advice that will (hopefully!) save us from needing to make another emergency call in the future. Highly recommend!
