I initially contacted East Penn Flooring in mid-March regarding a flooring project and was informed they were booked until early May. They kindly recommended Stevens Wood Flooring as an alternative. I reached out to Stevens the same day but was unable to get through, so I left a voicemail.
After not hearing back for over a month, I had assumed my inquiry was overlooked. To my surprise, I received a text (not even a call) recently from someone at Stevens Wood Flooring (who I believe was the owner), stating they were very busy and suggesting I reach out to them if we were willing to wait until June.
