I made an appointment online, which required a $50 down payment. I got the email confirmation, so thought I was good to go. When I got to the Salon Suites, the door was locked. So I waited and 10 minutes later, still no one showed up. I called, no answer. I have emailed and requested a refund, no response. If you are no longer open and operating, you should close down your online booking option on your website.
