Our experience was absolutely wonderful today and beyond appreciated.……………………………………………………………………….First visit was great! Second visit we decided to get a short cut after dance was over. We discussed how much to cut off and adding layers to help with tangles. I didn’t realize at the time there were no layers, as I was still trying to take in my little girl with shorter hair than we’ve had in quite some time. While I understand it’s my fault for not saying anything at the time of service, I emailed about it. It’s been 3 days and no one has responded to my email. That kind of customer service is unacceptable and what has put a bad taste in my mouth to leave this review. Do better.Service: Haircut“
“I had back surgery and couldn't get to my toes. My hairdresser recommended Michelle at the spa and I had my first pedicure ever. It's very clean, instruments are sterilized between clients and you get a little massage to boot.“

“I've been going to this studio for 2 years now going on 3, the massage is excellent when you leave the place your bones your muscles anything if tense will still be cracking afterwards, where you literally can hear it, because of the intense impact that massage has on you! the woman who did my massage last year was excellent capital letters. Michelle beautiful aura about herself, very pleasant. When you feel something is wrong she would try her best to appease every area that you're talking about. The atmosphere and her shop is very soothing to the soul, she puts on meditation music. The facial is awesome at first I contemplated about it, but I'm happy I gave in because there's a glow that you have and you don't even have to wear makeup. The only negative thing I can say about the shop, not the shop but Michelle, is English deficiency, she's trying to grow in her understanding of it. But even in that manner if we miscommunicate, all I have to do is ask her husband and he will translate for her so she can have a better understanding. She does understand sometimes, but certain things are hard to explain. It could also be me, due to my speech impairment. So I will give her a 10-star and that's something which is very rare. “THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I had to come and make sure to leave a review. I had the best experience when I went today. I have lighter colored eyebrows so my request is always “just clean them up” because the more hair left the fuller my eyebrows look. Today I finally fully was able to get what I have been looking for since I started getting my eye brows threaded. URVI made sure they looked very clean, not thin and the shape was great. I have a different shaped to my eye brows and I always have felt that the shape did not match until now. I was so happy with the overall experience and outcome of the service that I had to call once I got home to make sure I knew the name of the stylist who threaded my eyebrows as I will be coming back!
